Born and raised in the Valley, David Petrosyan brings a strong background in real estate development, investing, and client care to his role at Rodeo Realty. Before entering real estate, David worked as a manager in an assisted living facility, where he developed a deep commitment to helping others and providing exceptional customer service. This experience taught him the importance of empathy, communication, and attention to detail—qualities he now brings to every real estate transaction.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate, David combines his academic knowledge, hands-on industry experience, and entrepreneurial spirit to guide clients through every step of their real estate journey. My journey began in 2003 as a loan officer, where I gained invaluable insight into the lending process. By 2005, I earned my real estate license and began helping clients buy and sell their homes — turning their dreams of homeownership into reality.
That same year, I purchased my first property and sold it in 2007 for a profit, sparking my own journey as a real estate investor.
