I'm Angel, & helping others build generational wealth is my passion. Why?
Growing up with a disadvantaged and traumatic childhood experience, I wasn't taught the tools of setting up passive income, investing, or owning real estate which is why I made it my priority to learn, and I am ready to share. It's time to create a new LEGACY and help others do the same.
A little background about me: When I was 11 years old, child protective services took me away from my biological mother. My childhood was filled with chaos, drugs, alcohol, abuse, and child protective services. I have learned to appreciate my journey and how strong I have become from the healing of those childhood experiences, but as much as I am grateful for my journey, one thing that will never change is remembering the craving of having the stability of a home to grow up in. That is what sparked my passion into real estate.
Now fast forward to today, I am a U.S. Army Veteran of 8 years and have four handsome baby boys who have changed my life forever and sparked an even deeper passion in real estate. Now my journey is not only to help as many as I possibly can get into home ownership, but I’m on a mission to help everyone begin their journey of building generational wealth.
In the very short few years I have been in the real estate industry, I have made it my mission to never take “no” for an answer. Every year is my yes year. That’s what led me to becoming an investor, landlord, homeowner, and top producing Realtor. As you can imagine, I dove face first to make things happen as quickly as I did. I don’t regret diving in at all, but it did come with a lot of learning lessons along the way. I've even launched a podcast to share those real and raw experiences, mistakes made along the way, and set you up for success in your real estate journey. Meet Loosine
Since the age of thirteen, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate when I started previewing homes on weekends for fun, imagining how I would remodel old, run down homes. I then decided to venture into earning my bachelor’s degree in business administration and real estate, with a minor in business law. My journey started when I graduated in 2020 from California State University of Northridge.
As a water polo player and retired coach, I have a strong sense of motivation and self discipline. I pride myself in my honesty, willingness to fight, and perfectionism. These characteristics make me the trusted real estate agent I am today and enhance my passion of building lifelong business relationships with my clients.
I can truthfully say that there is no other realtor that can outwork me when it comes to the services I provide for my clients. Meet Jade
I’m Jade and building generational wealth through real estate is something I am very passionate about.
I grew up in a toxic home environment where both of my parents were alcoholics and addicted to prescription drugs. Our home was filled with anger and violence. Because of this I left my home as much as possible as a kid. I was always outside, at my neighbors, or at a friend’s home. It was at these homes where I experienced what a healthy and happy family dynamic was like. Since then, my biggest goal in life was to be nothing like my parents, and to create an easier life for me and my kids. Ever since I could remember I wanted to be wealthy. I would sell candy at school, have yard sales, and always sold the most candy and cookie dough for my school fundraisers. I would save up all my money until I found something expensive that I really wanted. If only I was more educated back then to put my money somewhere where it would have grown, instead of spending it on things that were worthless.
After highschool I joined the Navy and served 6 years. I was honorably discharged in 2015. Once out, My daughter and I lived in Sicily, Italy for one and a half years. While there I attended school online for my degree in Exercise Science. Once I finished my degree in 2017, we moved back to Los Angeles. I got my first personal training job at Equinox in Glendale. I worked there for a year. I decided the pay wasn’t good enough and left to work for myself as a personal trainer while attending school to further my education in physical therapy, where I learned massage therapy. Ever since I’ve been self-employed as a massage therapist and personal trainer. But I still wasn’t fulfilled and knew there was more out there for me to achieve.
One thing that I noticed that all of my wealthy clients had in common is that they were all involved in real estate. After thinking about it for a while and really meditating on it, I decided to take a leap of faith and get my real estate license. Now real estate is my number one priority, and I love having the opportunity to help and educate other people on starting their journey to financial freedom and building generational wealth. Not only does it allow me to help people build wealth, but it also provides me with opportunities to give back to my community. Even though I’m a new agent, I promise you my work ethic is unmatched and I have the utmost integrity. In addition to that I’m blessed to be on a team of experienced agents to help me along the way.

I started my real estate journey on a whim over 3 years ago, since then I’ve helped people grow wealth, businesses and families through home ownership. Over the years I’ve come to realize that real estate isn’t about the transaction at all. Born and raised in Burbank, CA and being involved with my community, I have and will continue to establish client relationships. Fluent in Spanish, Lizet is a Southern California native from the Coachella Valley. Before starting her career in real estate, Lizet received a dual bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology at CSU Stanislaus. After graduating she moved to Los Angeles where she officially began her real estate career.
She was first introduced to real estate in 2019 and was able to experience behind the scenes of transactions and the day-to-day life of an agent. The joy and emotion that clients showed while home shopping and finally stepping into their dream home pushed her onto the next step of becoming a real estate agent. She aspires to be the forefront of all the joy and emotions that clients will feel in their journey.
